NUT BUSTER Hydraulic Monster Wrench

The HTW50 machine is designed to remove and tighten piston and cylinder neck nuts. In this way, by placing two cylinders against each other, a torque is generated and the nut is opened by means of a fast rotating motor.

The nut booster machine is actually a special workbench for repairing hydraulic cylinders. This table includes an upper part that separates them from the cylinder head by creating a strong twisting torque around the seal and throat of heavy hydraulic cylinders. This equipment is for repairing and rebuilding hydraulic cylinders of industries such as; it is used in mining, oil and gas, marine and construction. The amount of torque created is equal to the maximum value of 50,000 lb-ft, which can be used for a wide range of types of nuts and throats of cylinders. Despite the attachments and accessories of this device that are easy to install and use, we can safely say that there is nothing that this device cannot handle.
